We dropped egg drop devices from Ms. Hyde’s room onto the concrete below. Here are some photos from the event. It wasn’t pretty, (yolk down!), but fun. Next time I am going to figure a way to secure rooftop droppage for more destructive (and scientific) purposes.
Looks like I’ll be taking my talents to Northern Vietnam next school year, so we had to disassemble the raised beds, pack up some of the supplies, and retry one or two of the most successful projects of the year.
I think I saw Homer Hickam the other day at Sellwood firing off a rocket on the soccer field…
A gracious family donated their old Legos to the class for a future project we will do in the new year. Thanks so much!
Hello and welcome to the blog of the Integrated Science Design class at Sellwood M.S. We have a some fun projects lined up and are looking forward to doing some constructive activities.
We will be doing a raised bed garden first and getting the fall crops planted before moving on to our next project. Pictures to come!!!
